I must say Saturday was fantastic. We're so inspired by the changes upstairs that my husband is looking at the calendar to see when he can sit down with you as well.
It's heaven! I was grading tests and it was so pleasant without my stacks of "junk." Yes, I will keep it that way.
I recently took your class at BCC and have talked to all my friends about it. I really enjoyed the class and have practiced the ideas at my desk. It already looks 100% better! I think I've shocked my co-workers! I will highly recommend your book and class to everyone I know!
I am doing very well and still smiling when I enter my office. It's much more of a pleasure to work in it, although I still have a long way to go…

I just want to take the time to thank you for giving me my life back. I had a mountain of papers everywhere. I was the type of person who thought I "KNEW" where everything was. Although this system or lack there of worked well for me for many years, I noticed I was starting to lose things. I found myself not being able to concentrate among the piles. Just walking into my office was a draining experience. It got to the point where I was paying bills late because I had misplaced them and didn't care to look through the piles as it was so depressing. My paper piles now not only took over my desk and credenza but started to creep onto the kitchen counters as well. I had a very good filing system but I had certain papers that didn't really have a place in my file cabinet. I also did not know what to do with pending projects or unpaid bills so they were scattered everywhere as well.
Not being able to figure out where to put them they were put into the ever growing pile never to be heard from again. I reached a point that I needed help desperately. I looked at Diane's website and I was immediately impressed and was about 90% sold. She was even more impressive on the phone. She gave me a lot of time and answered all my questions and concerns without being judgmental.
Diane arrived and we got right down to business. Within a short period of time I realized I had a beautiful wood mahogany desk under that mess that I had forgotten about. I wanted to give you an update on my progress since your visit here last week.
I am amazed and pleased!! I have been beating up on myself for years to get this living space/office organized and working FOR me instead of against me. I finally feel like (and act like) I have my act together!!
I have completed some/many tasks that I have been putting off for too long....and I feel like I am in total control of my day! (The part that I can control anyway). I seem to have more time for pleasure and exercise and feel so good knowing that I know what needs to be done and can decide when and how to do it.
I have talked about you endlessly and will continue to talk about you and what you taught me. It is really so easy....once you ask for help!!

Just wanted to add a few things to what I said last week. I am amazed and delighted. It feels like there is no effort to keep organized once this system is set up. I rarely find I can't follow the plan....unless I come in very late. But then a few minutes in the AM and I am all caught up with my TO DO list ready.
I have gotten more accomplished in this last week than in the last year - in terms of business and personal odds and ends that I kept meaning to do. The urgent/emergency things were getting done yet nothing that I could leave for a day or a week. Those things were just piling up. NOW they are almost gone!!
What a relief.
This is the next best thing to sex (stated upon throwing away years worth of old papers).
No, this is better than sex. (stated upon clearing out a bedroom closet). I feel like a ton has been lifted from my shoulders.
Now I know how your other clients feel. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of me (after organizing her master bedroom).
