I just want to take the time to thank you for giving me my life back. I had a mountain of papers everywhere. I was the type of person who thought I "KNEW" where everything was. Although this system or lack there of worked well for me for many years, I noticed I was starting to lose things. I found myself not being able to concentrate among the piles. Just walking into my office was a draining experience. It got to the point where I was paying bills late because I had misplaced them and didn't care to look through the piles as it was so depressing. My paper piles now not only took over my desk and credenza but started to creep onto the kitchen counters as well. I had a very good filing system but I had certain papers that didn't really have a place in my file cabinet. I also did not know what to do with pending projects or unpaid bills so they were scattered everywhere as well.

Not being able to figure out where to put them they were put into the ever growing pile never to be heard from again. I reached a point that I needed help desperately. I looked at Diane's website and I was immediately impressed and was about 90% sold. She was even more impressive on the phone. She gave me a lot of time and answered all my questions and concerns without being judgmental.

Diane arrived and we got right down to business. Within a short period of time I realized I had a beautiful wood mahogany desk under that mess that I had forgotten about. Diane had a saying I will not soon forget "Every paper has a home". Her system for papers is so easy to use and just makes so much sense. I can't believe I went this long without it. Within a short time all my papers were filed neatly and my desk, credenza and kitchen were void of papers.

Just wanted to add a few things to what I said last week. I am amazed and delighted. It feels like there is no effort to keep organized once this system is set up. I rarely find I can't follow the plan....unless I come in very late. But then a few minutes in the AM and I am all caught up with my TO DO list ready.

I have gotten more accomplished in this last week than in the last year - in terms of business and personal odds and ends that I kept meaning to do. The urgent/emergency things were getting done yet nothing that I could leave for a day or a week. Those things were just piling up. NOW they are almost gone!!
