How I got started: By accident, looking for a unique business to start, thought I had invented it until I saw a book about it at the bookstore one day.
Most Challenging Part: Chronically Disorganized clients who don't try to change their habits.
What Keeps Me Going: Compliments from satisfied clients, appearances in books, magazines and newspapers and the sense of accomplishment these bring.
